This patient’s canines were impacted. We now use 3D CBCT X-Rays which help us see these issues much more clearly.

Dental Bonding to Upper Anterior Teeth
The Patient before active orthodontic treatment. A space maintainer preserves space in the lower arch till the patient is ready.
Some of the patient’s teeth are misshapen. This will be corrected by a good restorative dentist.

Teen Orthodontic Treatment with Expander

2 Phase Orthodontic Treatment

After completion of phase one orthodontic treatment.
Completed second phase orthodontic treatment. Patient now wears retainers at night and will have a beautiful smile for life.
Adult Orthodontic Treatment
Adult patient with severe crownding. Treatment required their dentist to remove 4 teeth to make room for alignment.
Orthodontic treatment is complete. Patient will be seen by dentist to have old stained filings replaced. We work with many amazing cosmetic dentists.
The dentist did some restorative work to hide some spaces on the upper anterior teeth.
Phase One Orthodontic Treatment with Underbite
Early orthodontic treatment to correct an underbite.
Completed treatment. The patient still has 11 baby teeth left and may need phase two treatment. The patient is put on observation and growth and development is monitored every 6 months.
Two Phase Orthodontic Treatment
A 9 year old patient who has a thumb habit. The teeth are more vulnerable to trauma due to the spacing.

Patient is almost ready to start with braces. He had an accident and lost an adult front tooth (it got caught on his friend’s sweater).
Orthodontic treatment is complete. Patient has retainer with pontic tooth to replace missing adult front tooth.

Teen Treatment with Impactions and Missing Tooth
A ten year old patient that appears to have no orthodontic issues. An X-Ray reveals impacted teeth and a missing tooth.

The decision was made to keep the baby tooth where no adult tooth exists.
